ClickOptions is a 100% subsidiary of Société Générale, is an investment company placed under the authority of the french Authority of Financial Markets (AMF) and Bank of France.

Its clients' placement on their ClickOptions accounts are guaranteed by the french State up to 70 000 €.

Trading limits

With the purpose of protecting investors and in compliance with recommendations of the french Authority for Financial Markets (AMF), ClickOptions imposes limits on the amount of transactions that is possible to execute on its trading platform. It exists 3 types of limits that take into account the profil of each investor as it comes out.

If the amount of one of those 3 limits is reached during the order presentation, the latter will be rejected and an explicit message wil appear on screen.

Any client may ask the Customer Server for the reduction of its limits.

Reversely, an investor in the Expert category may ask for an increase of its limits. This request must be formulated on paper and justifiied (in terms of patrimony, financial knowledge and acceptation of the risks). Also an investor in the Beginner category may ask to get upgraded to the Confirmed level after 3 months of activity on the trading platform.
