Mission
Relatively complex and sometimes regarded with mistrust, options nevertheless offer incomparable advantages for increasing the yield of a portfolio regardless of market orientation. ClickOptions hopes to offer this advantage to the greatest number of active investors possible.
ClickOptions has developed a new generation of simple, speculative financial products that require neither a large amount of capital nor highly specialized math skills:
- "click-options" make it possible to speculate on all short-term stock market fluctuations (price increases, decreases or even stability) by knowing one's potential gain from the outset...
- "turbos" combine leverage and capital protection to play on the increase or decrease of a stock value over the short- or medium-term.
ClickOptions also aims to establish a direct relationship with investors in order to help each of them effectively implement their strategies. This is why ClickOptions both issues the products and distributes them on the Internet, unlike the traditional system by which derivative products are issued by banks and distributed by stock brokers.
Created in October 2000 upon the initiative of Société Générale traders, ClickOptions has nearly 15,000 customers in France, Germany and Austria.
ClickOptions, a 100% subsidiary of Société Générale, is an investment company accredited by the Banque de France, and all of its products have been reviewed by the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers - AMF).

Economic Model
Our business consists in issuing options and ensuring their liquidity; in other words, constantly providing buy and sell prices. Our compensation comes from the difference between these two prices, and when applicable, from the fees charged.
ClickOptions carries over all transactions performed by its customers to the market. Therefore, a loss suffered by a customer on a given transaction does not produce profit for ClickOptions, and vice versa.
Legal Status
ClickOptions is a corporation with a board of directors.
An investment company accredited by the Banque de France Committee of Credit Institutions and Investment Companies (Comité des établissements de crédit et des entreprises d'investissement de la Banque de France - CECEI), ClickOptions S.A. is authorized to provide the services of taking and transmitting orders on behalf of third parties, executing orders on behalf of third parties and trading on its own behalf.
Additionally, all products issued by ClickOptions have been reviewed by the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers - AMF), which has verified that the information disseminated to the public is "clear, accurate and precise" in accordance with AMF regulations pursuant to European directives and French legislation.
ClickOptions is a member of the French Investment Company Association (Association française des entreprises d'investissement - AFEI). The AFEI is a founding member of the International Council of Securities Associations (ICSA), which includes professional associations representing intermediaries who work in the world's premiere securities markets.
